Estructure was created to offer select clients the personal service of an experienced structural engineer. After 18 years at a prestigious structural firm and reaching its top management rank, Maryann Phipps started Estructure with a desire to more directly support clients. Estructure is founded on her extensive structural engineering experience, technical achievements, and fundamental commitment to personal service.
