UCSF Benioff Outpatient Center Renovation

Estructure provided structural engineering services for the 10,000 square foot renovation to the existing outpatient clinic at UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital – Oakland. The renovation included the addition of the freestanding 740 square foot Family Resource Center in the main building lobby and suspended art installation from the lobby roof framing. Additional renovations were made to office spaces, lounges, on call rooms, workstations and storage spaces throughout the building. The total project cost was approximately $7.6 million. The project was awarded the ENR Best Small Project for Northern California.
