Estructure designed structural and cosmetic repairs for decayed exterior glulam beams on a commercial building. After conducting detailed site investigations to observe the severity, extent, and nature of wood decay, Estructure created a system for classifying the damage into severity levels. Repair details were prepared to address the range of conditions observed. Repairs were easily implemented without disruption to ongoing business operations.
