The project involved a joint partnership between Tenet Healthcare and John Muir Health to create a new outpatient center that provides primary care, pediatric care, specialty care, imaging services, and lab services. An existing office building was completely renovated into a state-of-the-art medical office building, which includes a new MRI, as well as radiology, mammography, and CT equipment. The renovation encompassed over 92,000 square feet with a construction cost of approximately $10 million.
