Estructure provided a nonstructural evaluation for compliance with OSHPD’s Nonstructural Performance Category 4 (NPC4). The project included a field investigation of existing conditions, identification of components requiring upgrade, preparation of a plan to achieve compliance, and design of mitigation solutions.
