Estructure provided structural engineering services for the renovation of the existing building at 820 Las Gallinas in San Rafael. The project created a new Oncology Infusion Center with an on-site Compounding Pharmacy, exam rooms, treatment rooms, infusion bays, office spaces, and conference room. Highlights of the structural work included modifying existing shear walls to accommodate the new architectural layout and designing a new elevator tower. The renovation encompassed over 11,000 square feet and had a construction cost of approximately $5 million.
