Estructure completed the renovation and seismic retrofit of the Hertz Hall complex for the UC Office of the President at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory. The project was completed in 2022 and renovated 9,000 square feet of single-story, wood-framed construction for use as a new educational and research center. The renovation included modernization of the MEP systems, interior architectural improvements, seismic retrofit of existing wood shear walls, and a new entrance canopy structure. Approximate project cost was $4.9M.
