Prospect Sierra School Seismic Evaluations and Upgrade

Estructure performed structural and nonstructural seismic evaluations of all buildings on two campuses and helped develop a comprehensive seismic safety plan for Prospect Sierra School. Services included designing a phased seismic upgrade of several one-story wood buildings on the Tapscott Campus in El Cerrito. Seismic improvements included the addition of plywood shear walls, which were seamlessly integrated into the building architecture.
