Estructure was responsible for structural renovation of a  64,600-square foot outpatient center located in a 1956 reinforced concrete building. Highlights of the structural work included structural strengthening of floor slabs and shear walls using shotcrete and fiber reinforcement, addition of a new exterior vestibule, and anchorage and bracing for imaging equipment including an MRI, CT scanner, and a suspended x-ray system. The renovation cost was approximately $15 million. Estructure was part of a design-build team which included John Muir Health, SmithGroup JJR, Mazzetti + GBA, Cumming, Charles M. Salter Associates, Inc., and Swinerton Builders.
