Estructure conducted a hospital-wide survey of nonstructural components for compliance with OSHPD’s Nonstructural Performance Category 4 (NPC 4). After documenting and cataloging deficient components identified during the field investigations, Estructure designed a comprehensive mitigation program to achieve compliance and then developed the related construction documents. The mitigation scope included retrofitting of MEP components, bracing of fire sprinkler pipes, and seismic restraint of equipment.
