Estructure provided structural engineering services for the conversion of part of an existing parking garage to a 5,000 square foot administrative office for UCSF Facilities Services. Highlights of the structural scope included a new wood and steel mezzanine structure with exposed structural elements; temporary openings through post-tensioned floor slabs for new utility connections; and new exterior glazing and decorative steel panels.
