Multiple floors of the Medical Sciences Building were renovated to accommodate laboratories relocated from an adjacent building on campus. Estructure designed the support and seismic bracing of architectural components, MEP components, and lab equipment. Estructure also analyzed existing structural components for proposed alterations, such as new cores and the addition of heavy equipment. The renovated area totaled approximately 18,000, and the construction budget was approximately $7,000,000.
