Design Engineer

After obtaining his Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Civil and Environmental Engineering, Jerald continued the “learn by doing” mentality from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and quickly became an indispensable part of the Estructure team. He has designed seismic anchorage of equipment for hospitals and research laboratories, designed building renovations, and conducted seismic evaluations. Jerald is adept at finding practical solutions to complex design challenges, always considering constructability and in-service implications in addition to code compliance. Away from work, Jerald enjoys playing basketball and spending time with loved ones.
