Tom Wismar has over 20 years of experience designing new buildings and evaluating existing structures in the United States, New Zealand and China.  His experience includes a wide range of building types and performance objectives with a focus on design of educational, healthcare and mission-critical facilities. Tom adds great breadth to the Estructure team and good-natured, collaborative leadership to each project team. Tom is active in his community, having served as a member of his local school board and various youth sports organization boards.
