Megan Doxzen, S.E.
Senior Project Engineer

Megan Doxzen joined Estructure in 2016 with a Master of Science degree from the University of California, Berkeley and six years of experience in construction management and structural design. Since then, she has gained extensive experience in hospital renovations, tenant improvements and seismic retrofits. She is adept at finding creative solutions to complex problems and is skilled at repurposing existing buildings. Megan effectively collaborates with clients, contractors and design teams to produce constructive, cost-effective designs tailored to meet clients’ needs. She is a member of SEAONC, volunteer with Engineer’s Alliance for the Arts and a disaster service volunteer with the California Governor’s Office of Emergency Services.
