Alix Kottke has been with Estructure for over ten years and is an integral part of the Estructure team. Alix’s most recent work has focused on tenant improvements and cold-shell buildouts for laboratories and medical office buildings, as well as seismic evaluations and retrofits of existing buildings. Alix also brings experience working in project management for a General Contractor on an OSHPD 1 ground-up hospital. This experience allows her to seamlessly integrate constructability issues, schedule and budget into the design process. She is detail-oriented, organized and thorough, and serves an invaluable role in ensuring project deliverables are complete and on time. Alix has served as a Lead Instructor for Engineer’s Alliance for the Arts and is a member of SEAONC.
